I am a field strategist, professional coach, and former outdoor guide. With a background in communications and marketing, I have managed brands, built strategies, and supported creative teams before expanding my practice to include coaching, strategy, and business transformation.
My career path is atypical—and that's what makes me strong.

For more than 20 years, I have been working in organizations: first in the field, then in management, and now as a partner to leaders and teams who want to move forward in a different way. I have supported numerous manufacturing and other companies in their strategic thinking, transitions, and growth — an experience that has taught me to combine rigor, listening, and a sense of practicality.
