We start by pausing. We take the time to listen to what wants to emerge—ambitions, tensions, weak signals. We combine the dreams of management with the reality on the ground to build a solid foundation.
This often includes looking at human dynamics: understanding personality profiles, team synergy, and leadership styles. Because in order to move forward together, we first need to know where we are starting from.

The period after returning to the office is often the real test. That's when I stay involved to support the implementation process. Working alongside you, I help translate broad intentions into concrete actions, make adjustments as we learn, and maintain collective clarity.
My role then becomes that of an external watchdog: I facilitate progress reviews, encourage courageous conversations, and foster consistency between the vision and everyday actions.
